Study and DBM services for a new grassroots bitumen processing facility for 60k BPCD dry bitumen including:

• Atmospheric Distillation Unit (ADU)

• Supporting Utilities and Offsites (U&O) systems

• 200,000 bbl bitumen processing unit, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation; alternative capacity case of 150,000 bbl also considered
